We hold pet sitters insurance and are DBS checked and documents will be shown to you at the meet & greet.

Morning feeds will usually be between 8am and 10am

Afternoon feeds will usually be between 4pm and 6pm

Times can be a longer during busier periods

We ask that you provide enough food and litter for the duration of the cat sitting.  If we have to source items, there will be a charge of £5 in addition to the items purchased.  This will be invoiced to you on your arrival home

Rest assured that if your cat becomes ill or has an accident whilst in our care, we will be in touch with you immediately.  If you decide that a visit to the vet is needed, we will await details of an appointment .  If it is an emergency, and we can't get hold of you, we will take the cat either to your vet or an emergency one.  There will be an initial cost of £20, followed by a cost of £10 ph thereafter.  All vets fees are between the vet and yourselves and Purrfect Feeding are not liable to pay.

At the initial meeting, please let us know of any behavioural issues to look out for.  If we feel it is too much of an undertaking, we will let you know.  If something has happened to cause your cat to be in distress between the time of the initial meeting and when you go away, please let us know.

We are happy to feed your fish as part of the cat visit.  If you have a small animal that also needs feeding, please ask and we will try and help out where we can.  Please note an extra fee may be charged for this service.

When we meet with you initially, this is a great time to have a key ready for future visits.  If this isn't possible, you are welcome to drop the key to me nearer the time of the visits.  If you prefer me to pick up and drop off the key to you, there is a charge each time of £5.  If you are away regularly, you may wish us to hold on to your key.  For your peace of mind, it will be held in a secure keysafe .
