Things you need to know

All personal data that Purrfect Feeding has received from clients, will be for our use only.  No details will be given or sold to Third Parties.

Purrfect feeding know that we are entrusted with the client's house as well their cats.  We will respect the property whilst we are there and ensure all doors are locked as we leave.

An invoice will be sent following verbal or written agreement from yourself.  A payment of 50% of the total invoice is due within 7 days from confirmation of the booking.  You are more than welcome to pay the full amount at this point.  The remaining balance must be paid before the first visit.

If you return home early, due to the short notice, there will be no refund for any visits already paid for.  

From time to time, re-scheduling or cancellations of holidays do take place.   Please can I ask you to give me as much notice as possible for any changes to your booking.  If you do have to cancel, and notice is given more than 2 days before the start of the booking, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.  For any bookings that are cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled start date, a 25% fee will be charged which will be deducted from the original 50% deposit amount made at the time of the booking 

Those that visit under Purrfect Feeding have pet sitters insurance as well as an up-to-date DBS.

Please ensure you have enough food and litter for the duration of the visits.  If we have to purchase any items that have run out, e.g. food, litter, there will be a standard charge of £10 in addition to the cost of purchases (receipts will be shown on your arrival home).

Ideally, keys should be given to us at the initial FREE consultation.  If keys have to be collected/dropped off, there will be a charge of £5 each time.  If you prefer to drop the keys to us, that is fine to do so but please pop them into an envelope with the cats name.  If you think you may like to use us regularly, we can hold your key for you in a secure safe so each time you ask us to visit, you can just simply send us a text or whatsapp message asking for our availability.

If you need us to do an extra visit before the visits begin, there will be an extra charge of £5

Purrfect Feeding will not be held responsible for any damage that your cat(s) make to any parts of your property whilst in our care.

The client will inform Purrfect Feeding if there is anyone planned to enter the property during the time the client is away. This could include cleaners, builders, gardeners or family and friends.  Purrfect Feeding will not be liable for anything they do whilst we are carrying out our visits.
